SEVENTEEN Expands Global Influence...
From UNESCO Youth Goodwill Ambassadors to Glastonbury

SEVENTEEN is marking their 9th anniversary with remarkable achievements on the global stage.
Recently appointed as UNESCO Youth Goodwill Ambassadors and performing at the UK’s largest music festival, Glastonbury, they are proving their presence as one of the top K-pop groups on the international stage.

From March to May, SEVENTEEN successfully completed a massive stadium tour across four cities in Korea and Japan, drawing a total of 380,000 fans over eight performances.

Notably, they attracted 144,000 fans over two days at Kanagawa Nissan Stadium, Japan's largest concert venue, underscoring their global popularity.

On June 28th, SEVENTEEN became the first K-pop artist to perform on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Festival.
Their one-hour set of hit songs received an enthusiastic response from the local audience. Media outlets such as NME, BBC, and The Independent praised the performance, stating, "SEVENTEEN made history" and "It was the biggest performance at this year's Glastonbury Festival."

SEVENTEEN's global influence extends beyond their musical achievements.

Recently appointed as UNESCO Youth Goodwill Ambassadors, they are advocating for youth rights and education issues.
During their appointment ceremony, they pledged to donate $1 million to support the dreams of young people.

SEVENTEEN has been actively promoting the importance of education worldwide through their 'Going Together' campaign in partnership with the Korean National Commission for UNESCO.

They have achieved tangible results such as rebuilding education systems in Malawi, Africa, and establishing learning centers in East Timor. Additionally, they have consistently engaged in charitable activities for marginalized and underprivileged children and adolescents on their debut anniversaries.

Furthermore, SEVENTEEN is collaborating with MSD Korea as HPV prevention ambassadors, raising global awareness about the importance of HPV prevention.

SEVENTEEN's global journey continues.
In September, they are set to headline the world-renowned music festival 'Lollapalooza Berlin' at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin, Germany. Sharing the stage with global artists such as Sam Smith, Martin Garrix, and Burna Boy, SEVENTEEN is expected to reaffirm their status as one of the top K-pop groups.

Music industry experts have noted, "SEVENTEEN's global activities are opening new horizons for K-pop.
They are gaining worldwide attention not only for their musical achievements but also for fulfilling their social responsibilities."

SEVENTEEN's activities exemplify the expansion of K-pop groups' global influence beyond musical achievements into cultural and social domains. The industry is keenly watching to see what new records SEVENTEEN will set and how they will further expand their global influence.
