Global pop sensation Bruno Mars and BLACKPINK member Rosé will unveil their first-ever joint performance of the hit song 'APT.' at the 2024 MAMA AWARDS.
On the 21st, Mnet announced that the two artists will deliver a special stage at the awards ceremony, held on November 22nd at Japan's Kyocera Dome in Osaka.
'APT.' is a pre-release single leading up to Rosé’s solo comeback and gained immense attention for its collaboration with Bruno Mars.
Upon its release, the song soared to the top of major domestic music charts and secured high ranks on both the U.S.
Billboard charts and the UK Official Singles Chart, cementing its status as a global hit.
Music experts have praised the song as “a groundbreaking fusion that transcends the boundaries between K-pop and pop.”
They highlighted how Bruno Mars' masterful producing combined with Rosé’s unique vocals created a synergy that captivated listeners worldwide.
The "apartment game" concept showcased in the music video has particularly caught global attention, even setting new trends in the industry.
Rosé shared, “Working with Bruno was like a dream come true. I’m incredibly grateful for the love from our fans that made this success possible.”
The 2024 MAMA AWARDS has reportedly prepared a custom stage set specifically for this performance.

The awards ceremony will kick off at noon (KST) on November 22nd at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
Later that day, Chapter 1 will begin at 4 PM with a red carpet event at Japan’s Kyocera Dome in Osaka.
Chapter 2 will follow on the 23rd, with the red carpet at 1 PM and the main event starting at 3 PM.
